The freeware version of the program is approved only for private use.

For commercial/business use, the Small-Business or Professional-Edition need to be purchased.

After the installation of the Freeware Version MemoMaster can be used commercially for free for 30 days. MemoMaster needs to be licensed at the end of this test period.

The software and any accompanying files are copyrighted. JBSoftware holds all rights to this product.

The JBSoftware offers no warranties for damages, which could possibly be caused by this program. The user bears the full responsibility for any damage to hardware or any type of software.

The JBSoftware does not guarantee that the program cooperates with all components on your computer system; that are you satisfied with the product; that the software works without errors or disturbances; and that possibly occurring errors can be corrected in a later version.

The JBSoftware can not be held and is not responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of data and information, business losses, profits or similar obligations.
